HOW DO I RETURN?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with our products and service. In the extremely rare occurrence that you aren’t happy with your purchase, just contact us at info@ringbinderdepot.com to return your products. We will initiate the return process from our end once the Shipping guidelines are discussed.
30 DAYS RETURN POLICY
Product should be bought from www.ringbinderdepot.com only.
Customer needs to provide the details of the purchase. We would appreciate the reason for return as we constantly hustle to improve our products.
Product return won't be accepted if it has exceeded 30 days than date of delivery.
Please note that the product(s) should be unused and unwashed with all the original tags intact. To ensure that the quality of the product is maintained, we request you to please make sure that the product(s) are properly packaged when you are returning it.
Send the product to the return address using your preferred shipping method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
In the event you are returning something due to damage, manufacturer defect, or an error on our part, we will email you a pre-paid mailing label to return the items at our expense.
ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR RETURN?
We won't be charging any price on the item you had returned. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?
Once your return is received, our Return Team inspects the returned product, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 5-7 working days.
